Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Canberra District Ducati Club will be held on Monday 14th October 2016 at 7.30pm.
Venue: Kingston Hotel Function Room
Refreshments in the form of finger food will be served during the meeting.
Those wishing to enjoy a meal prior to the meeting are welcome to meet in the function room from 6.30 pm.
All committee positions will be declared vacant and elections will be called from the floor. Role descriptions and forms are available here . Please consider taking on a role within the committee.
You must be a current 19-20 financial year member in order to vote or nominate for office. Please ensure you are financial prior to the AGM.
