Its that time of year again and one of our feature rides of the year is not far off – the Phil Goldacre Memorial Ride and once again we’ll be heading to Corryong.

We’ll meet up at the Hume Ampol on the Monaro Highway.  The usual route will be taken, stopping at Adaminaby for a coffee and picking up any additional passengers.  Tumut for lunch and then on to Tumburumba, Jinjelic and probably a stop off at Tintaldra before rolling into Corryong.

The return trip will be via Khancoban and the Alpine Way and possibly lunch at Wild Brumby Distillery.

As usual you’ll need to look after your own accommodation for the Saturday night.  Last year the two that were used were the Corryong Hotel Motel (02) 6076 1004 or the Mountain View Motel (02) 6076 1766.  These two fine establishments are relatively close together on the approach to town.

I’m hoping we’ll have a support vehicle for this ride.
