The i98FM Convoy is on again!

This great charity ride sees participation from over 700 trucks and 1200 motorcycles!  It raises over $1 Million each year through various activities on ONE DAY.

All money raised is held in trust and issued as grants to families across the Illawarra with sick children for all manner of activities, from treatment to going to Camp Quality respite care.

Registration for a motorcycle is typically $30 and earns you a sweet charity T-shirt.  Additional T-shirts can be purchased for $15.

I plan to leave Canberra on Friday 16 November, spend a day in Wollongong on the Saturday, do the charity convoy on the Sunday, and return to Canberra on Monday.

The route on the way up follows the South Coast and may be familiar to those of you who have come to Wollongong with me earlier this year.  The return route is variable based on weather, but will be though valleys and over mountains.
